Training and Experience
Dr. Vennemeyer graduated summa cum laude from The Ohio State University and went on to complete an additional five-year residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery after medical school. After performing reconstructive surgeries at a trauma center in Columbus, Ohio, for several years, he gained a reputation for excelling at challenging cases.
His passion for aesthetics led him to pursue cosmetic plastic surgery, which he practiced for four years in Cincinnati, Ohio before relocating to Texas in 2014. Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Dr. Vennemeyer has repeatedly been recognized for his bedside manner and unparalleled expertise in both Ohio and Texas.

Originally from Ohio, Dr. Vennemeyer was recruited to join a celebrity plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills, California.
But he and his wife, Dr. Andrea Vennemeyer, fell in love with Texas and decided to put down roots in Dallas, Texas, where they live and work today.
Dr. Vennemeyer authored the book Plastic Surgery Myths Dispelled: A Consumer’s Guide in 2010 and continues to write about plastic surgery regularly.
